Hour-long calls to discuss certification services. Our clients identify as women, minorities, veterans, or LGBTQ+ business owners. The fee will be credited once the project is secured.

Business Development

Hour-long calls to discuss business development outreach, resources, and tools to leverage public and private certifications. A monthly retainer is based on the client's budget. The fee will be credited once the project is secured.

Supplier Diversity

1. Supplier Diversity Program development a. Develop a Diversity Statement b. Build Goals - Metrics c. Supplier Scrub – Determine where the spend is and help determine if there are eligible suppliers that aren’t certified. d. Transparency – How and Why to become a vendor. e. Build commodity list. 2. Outsource Certification a. Often Corporations determine xxxx number of potential eligible suppliers that aren’t certified and pay us to work with existing suppliers. (We’ve worked with clients in 24 states for all forms of certification including local, state, federal, 3rd party – paperwork doesn’t change) 3. Connections a. Determine the areas or industries that lack diverse representation. We often serve as connectors of resources for all diverse companies (Women, Minorities, Veterans, and LGBTQ+).
